When you register we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, city/district, subjects and grades you teach, curriculum experience, years of experience, expected salary range, preferred locations, and whether you're interested in international opportunities. For verification we collect your degree certificate and one experience proof (appointment letter or school ID).
We never ask for — and will not accept — Aadhaar, PAN, salary slips, or bank details. If sent to us unsolicited, they are deleted.
Two purposes only: verifying your profile, and matching you with specific vacancies. Your profile is shared with a school only after you say yes to that specific role. Your contact details are never included in the shortlist a school receives.
We ask for your explicit consent in WhatsApp before requesting any document, and again before each submission to a school. Your expected salary is shared only if you agree, per match.
Documents are stored in an access-controlled folder, accessible only to our founder and ops assistant. You can ask us to delete your profile and documents at any time — we complete deletion within 7 days.
